Above is a Barn Swallow fledglings are from the north end reservoir nest which produced two broods this year as did the south end reservoir nest. There are 2 swallows in the detail and 4 in the wide angle view.
The image was taken on August 18th at 4:15pm. Focal length in 35mm film equivalent is 420mm, exposure time is 1/160s, hand held with image stabilization at f/2.8.
